This interview of United Farm Worker (UFW) leader Larry Itliong takes place in Delano in 1970. Itliong was a founding partner of the UFW, leading the historic Delano grape strike in 1965 that launched the farm worker movement. The role of Filipinos in the UFW has recently come to the fore through the efforts of Filipino historians and activists and this recording is important documentation on this unsung hero.
